- Area- 12000 Sq. office space in centrally located place at Anand Bihar, Mohanpur, Dist. Samastipur (Bihar)
- 2 Computer Systems under supervision and control of Computer & IT Experts.
- Digital as well as Manual Library, Containing 205 books and CD ROM.
- Collection of Resource Papers, Research Report, Statistical and Survey Findings etc. on various issues.
- Network with several NGOS and specialized agencies.
🧩 ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
General Body of the Sanstha is apex body, which decides the policy matter, beyond the normal affairs. Executive Committee, having Seven member, autonomous body is constituted, for facilitating decision-making and implementation process. The Executive committee, also installs a system of delivery of services and control mechanism, as per the Policy- maker, I.e. General Body. As per the decision of General Body, the Executive Committee has decided to introduce and recognize various personalities as a member of organization as :-

- Life Long Member
- General Member
- Institutional Member
- Assopciated Member
The rights and duties, of the members, are well defined. A unique & highly empowered Committee as Project Management Committee (PMC) is being placed, between General Body and Executive Committee meeting. The project Management Committee can undertake the formulation of programmes as per the policy and priority of General Body and Executive Committee. The PMC were empowered to formulate the Questionnaires, Feasibility-study, Programme formulation and Strategies for Programme implementation and Programme Performance Evaluation and Corrective measures, for high performance impact.
