Dear friends, supporters and well-wishers,
It is an honour to lead Kasturba Hemlata Mahila Samaj Kalyan Sansthan at a time when the need for inclusive, community-led development is greater than ever. Our work with women, children, rural youth and the elderly has always been rooted in dignity and equal opportunity.
Through self-help groups, skill training, health camps, children’s education and care for those recovering from addiction, we see every day what is possible when people are given the right support. The women and young people who train with us do not just find work — they find confidence and a voice.
Our focus for the years ahead is to deepen these programmes, strengthen our partnerships with government schemes such as PMKVY and DDUGKY, and keep our work open and accountable to those who support us.
