“Education is the foundation of change — and it begins with one person believing that another deserves a chance.”

Dear friends, supporters and well-wishers,

In 1992, a small group of us set out with a simple belief: that real change in rural Bihar would come from the community itself, when every child, woman and young person has access to education, healthcare and dignity. More than three decades on, that belief still guides every decision we take.

Over the years our journey has taken us from rehabilitating child labourers and training Self-Help Groups, to running residential bridge courses, an ITI, vocational and digital-skills programmes, de-addiction centres and old age homes across Bihar and Delhi. Each step was possible only because families, partners, government schemes and volunteers walked alongside us.

We remain committed to transparency, to listening before we act, and to making sure the people we serve become active partners in their own progress. Every rupee entrusted to us is used for programmes on the ground.

I thank every donor, volunteer, partner and team member for their trust. Please join us — together we can build a more inclusive, empowered and equitable society.
